  • Please review the Terms of Service and Relationship Expectations and Prepare for your Visit pages of our site prior to your visit.

  • In the form below, any empty fields indicated with a * (it’s hard to see sometimes) must be filled out in order to proceed. If you get stuck and can’t submit the form, there’s a good chance that there’s an overlooked empty field.

  • You should get two emails before your appointment. Please make sure you add hello@ruffday.vet, scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com and no-reply@acuityscheduling.com to your email’s safe list
